Here at Twisted Oak Gunsmithing we have two type of times listed; business hours and appointment times. The each type is explained below.
These are the total hours that Twisted Oak Gunsmithing is performing work in some capacity. During these hours, we may be working on the firearms, receiving and mailing shipments, performing administrative tasks, shop maintenance and improvements, taking training, and receiving phone calls. During these hours customers can call to schedule an appointment time. Appointment times are explained below.
Due to TOG 's policy of meeting with customers by appointment only, we have set aside time exclusivly for this purpose. We receive calls at anytime during our business hours (above) to schedule the appoinment during the times listed below. These times are also when we return calls and send emails. The times listed below are for dropping off or picking up your firearm, meeting with the gunsmith for consultaion and other matters. These will be the only times the gunsmith will be available to meet in person.
